Mark Davis was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer in April 2024. Mr. Davis joined our company in 2014 as our Controller and became our Vice President of Investor Relations and Chief Accounting Officer in 2019. Prior to joining us, Mr. Davis worked for Target for 5 years in various financial reporting and accounting management positions. Prior to joining Target, Mr. Davis worked for KPMG LLP for 8 years, where he earned his CPA certification. Mr. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and management from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities.
