Josh Hanan was appointed Vice President, Distribution & Manufacturing in February 2018 and is responsible for all aspects of distribution and manufacturing from our distribution centers to our stores.  Mr. Hanan started his career with The Tile Shop in 1992 as a production worker and driver at the Company’s operations facility located in Spring Valley, Wisconsin.  From there he has held a number of progressing roles within distribution, production and quality control.  Mr. Hanan earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Siena Heights University and an associate’s degree in applied science, business administration from Jackson College.

Josh has always been fond of slate, as each piece is unique. Many years ago, when The Tile Shop received its first shipments of slate from a new vendor, Josh helped formulate some of the tile names. While some of the original slate tiles are no longer carried, the Copper/Rust 30cm slate (sku #655274) remains a favorite.
